Noel Watkins

Noel is a masterful connector; he has his eyes open and his ear to the ground regarding all things real estate. He cultivates relationships with existing and potential clients, bringing knowledge and intelligence on what’s going on with Cayman properties. He knows what’s selling, what’s fair value, and the ins and outs of the mortgage market. Noel works closely with Rhulens Lead Broker, Sloane Rhulen, providing expert sales, leasing, and property valuation services. Noel combines a deep and intuitive knowledge of residential real estate with a mean tennis game. As a sought-after coach, he has used his game to deepen his business acumen and connections, having given lessons at all the residential complexes along Seven Mile Beach As owner and head coach at the Cayman Tennis Academy, Noel contributes to the community and recently started a foundation to provide lessons to underprivileged children across all districts of the island. A native of Birr, a small town in County Offaly, Ireland Noel has lived in Cayman for more than a decade with his wife and two children.
