Mary Bitanga O’Neill is our door-opener and top protégé. Holder of an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, Mary serves as an agent and closer of deals, working on both the residential and commercial side. As the daughter of a real estate developer and an interior designer, she inherited a passion for real estate and grew up in the business. While still in high school, Mary was engaged in appraisals, market research, and due diligence. Her brokerage position was a natural outgrowth of her previous work in real estate marketing, both for a local media company and a real estate technology firm. Before moving with her family from New York City to Cayman in 2018, Mary worked for a private equity firm and was responsible for all prospective acquisitions. Her education and experience in the business world make her uniquely qualified to manage both residential and commercial transactions, no matter how complex.
